Spacious room with a large balcony offering amazing beach views. Open windows and curtains allow passersby to see inside. Room smelled like bleach but was clean. Friendly and helpful concierge. Basic breakfast, no tea included. Beautiful property. Room rates could use a facelift, but would stay again.

Had a wonderful stay at this secluded property with a short walk to the main strip of restaurants and cafes. the highlight was definitely the close location to Playa Carrizalillo, one of the best beaches in the area. the private gated staircase provided access to the beach, and it was totally worth it for the beautiful beach and crystal-clear waters. the villas were tastefully decorated and having a fully equipped kitchen was a plus. Room service from the Espadin restaurant was fantastic, especially with the sunset view. Cons: Nothing I didn't like, to be fair. 😊.

Once you walk into the hotel, you are immediately greeted with stunning views of the ocean. It's like a little slice of paradise. The villas are spacious and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat for your vacation. The best part is the direct access to the beach, making it so convenient to go for a swim or relax on the sand.
There were a couple of things that could be improved. it would be nice if they provided umbrellas and chairs for free to take to the beach, as it is quite expensive for what you pay.

The food at the restaurant was surprisingly delicious, with one of the best views in the city. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The location was great, with easy access to restaurants and shops.
The accommodations were far from luxury. The beds, sheets, and pillows were just okay, and the hotel felt a bit outdated.

The location was fantastic, with breathtaking views of the ocean. The villas were spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning and terraces. The staff was friendly and accommodating, organizing everything from wedding arrangements to food and drinks. The on-site restaurant offered delicious and reasonably priced meals, including amazing margaritas. The beach below was calm and perfect for swimming. Exploring the area was easy, with motorbikes available for rent nearby. The overall atmosphere was quiet and secluded, yet close enough to Zicatela for dining and sunset drinks.
The bathrooms could have had better ventilation.

We got incredible value for our money at this small, boutique hotel overlooking the best beach in town. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a breathtaking view of the turquoise water. The location was ideal, with private access to the beach and just a short walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly, helpful, and even assisted us with our luggage and post-checkout needs. It was a truly memorable stay.
The hotel breakfast could have been improved with more variety or perhaps a daily special.

The hotel is perfectly located near a beautiful beach with turquoise water. You can enjoy stunning sunsets from the spacious rooms, such as Terraza or Florencia, which offer breathtaking views. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities like air conditioning, fans, and even a jacuzzi tub. The staff provides friendly and helpful service, making your stay enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel offers a discount for cash payments and has a small pool for relaxation.
Some guests have found the restaurant on the premises to be overpriced compared to other options in the area.
